Wonderful Wednesday in Life

I got my new car! Its a 2014 Ford Focus. I’ll try to post a picture tomorrow. Even though I remember that I hate the car buying experience I always forget why I hate it. In addition to the stupid games they play I hate the waiting. It took all day! From like 1030 to 400. Thats longer than it took to buy my house! Of course cars are as expensive now as houses used to be. My mom and dad paid 10 thousand for their home back in the sixties. I paid close to 20 thousand for a car! Now I’m going to have to work mucho overtime so I can pay the sales tax.

Good Things I did for me

Didn't binge on candy and chips while I waited and waited and waited.

Worked out with my personal trainer. We did theraband external/internal rotations, 10 pound dumb bell curls on the Bose ball, planks on the Bose ball. I wanted to see how long I could hold it and my longest was 2 minutes 15 seconds. squats with a row on the cable machine with 30 pounds, and then 50 ball tosses with a sit up up and a 6 pound ball.

Why I’m awesome I love that I’m getting more outspoken. Last week I told my trainer when she had me something I didn't want to do and then today at the car dealership I told them that I didn't like their offer on my car so they raised it.
