21: Which would you explore: space or the ocean?

First of all, when I saw this prompt, I started laughing really hard.

Once upon a party night, after a LOT of tequila, we somehow got onto the topic of the ocean. I think it had a tie to a movie someone saw....YES! “The Meg” with Jason Statham.

So, my drunk ass says, “Do you ever wonder…if we took ALLLLLLL the big animals out of the ocean, how much deeper we could explore?” The table got quiet and I said, “No seriously, think about it. When you take a bath, you don’t fill it all the way, because you get in and the level rises.”

Ah…tequila.

I do wonder what we still have down there. But, who knows?
