WEARING: purple roll neck top, green short skirt, black tights, suede boots.

FITNESS UPDATE: I seem to be full of energy - I cycled eighteen and a half miles on Saturday and loved it (although it was totm and the accessories required for totm cause a certain amount of discomfort and even caused blister/rubbing!)

IN THE NEWS: there was a jewellery heist in Marlborough, the shop was trashed, jewellery snatched and they jumped in a car and drove off. A short time later the local police helicopter was hovering over our house as the car, mid police chase, crashed and the three men ran into the trees - which is where we live...

READING: still reading the Carlos Ruiz Zafon books, currently on Marina although its taking me longer as the language is more sophisticated (i read them in Spanish). Although... The latest Sue Grafton is out in the USA and I pre-ordered it from amazon.com. I just couldn't wait until the British release. I've been reading these books for bloody years!

ACTIVITIES TODAY: worked 10 hours (i run daycare at home), did a music group, baked cakes, played with themes of colour, shapes and numbers. Changed many nappies, rolled cars (toy ones), giggled and cuddled. Finished at 5:30, started cooking family dinner (paprika chicken) to be told by my daughter "you always make disgusting dinners!!" I'll remind her of that when she's enjoying the next meal!

THINKING ABOUT: being a tad fed up.
