Hospitals and various healthcare services seem to be where most of the job vacancies are. On Indeed I mean. I guess everybody is afraid of miss Rona? I applied for whatever I could apply for today. Also at a dog daycare centre. Why not? In January, assuming things are allowed to return to normal, I am aiming to go back to school. Job, move, school, start a business, get married, have two boys, a dog and live happily ever after before I’m 40… ambitious much? I still need time to digest the Toni situation. It doesn’t sit well with me. Anyway, I woke up feeling immaculate, physically speaking, so I forgot about wanting to get tested for C19. I’ll go tomorrow morning. It didn’t cross my mind until I got home and somebody texted me. I was so annoyed that my roommates needed to repair things in my space without warning so I fled the house. I had been meaning to get new shoes. I only have my running sneakers. I got a pair of vegan Chelsea boots. I wish it had a bigger heel but it will suffice. I forgot to care that it was made in China… probably by a Muslim child in one of their concentration camps. I feel so dirty that I almost want to return them. Then while I waited for Bruce to look at new clothes for her new size at the mall I saw that Tomi Adeyemi’s sequel to Children of Blood and Bone was released. I had to get it. It’s woke but I don’t care. The first book was good and had an epic cliffhanger.
I got a phone call from somebody who works for the Conservative Party. I was outside and it was windy so I couldn’t keep up with the conversation. He wanted money, obv but he explained that because parliament has been closed nobody got a chance to get to know Erin O’Toole so they have to campaign hard because Trudeau is going to announce the election on Wednesday or something. So basically, the day he got caught stealing he shut down parliament. Had to answer to no one or be held accountable for anything and is now quickly having an election to get that majority government while the low information voters are still… only getting information from media that he controls. Got it. #Wexit indeed. I hate on Trudeau a lot because he is garbage but it’s not possible to hate everything a person does and one thing I do like that he did was introduce our new Canada Food Guide last year. Gave 32 scientists 3 years to come up a new food guide and he kept industry and corporate lobbyists out of it and it’s a beautiful masterpiece.
Ok, I guess I’ll go find something to do this evening. ta. I like this playlist as background music
