The inquisitors have been, I should say inquisitor as it just the one Scots gent, I’ve only met his the one time; and he was friendly. Myself and Daughter took Ziggy out for walkies, with he missing agility due to weather and missing a walk or two; as we got the place ready for the inquisitor!

Today’s weather was sunny with a cool wind, if I was in some shelter from the wind the sun felt quite hot, even in the wind the sun did manage some warmth, it seems these spring days are here but are a bit little shy! We began the walks at the Wheal Coats Mine Site near St Agnes, near by it was nicely sunny but off towards the horizon it was hazy, I took a walk towards the Atlantic, where as Daughter and Ziggy covered much more ground.

After Ziggy’s exercise around St Agnes’s cliff top’s we retuned to Perranporth for a second walk on the sand dunes, I parked in a car park near the Perran Sands Holiday Park, the first time I’ve parked there and I’ve only been here five years! It seems a popular parking area with ‘White Van Man’ as well as us with colourful transport.

Stanley I haven’t quite got used to ‘British Summer Time’ yet, I’m doing something in what feels like afternoon, a glimpse at my wristwatch tells me it’s nearly seven o clock! But it is good to have longer day light. I think were are in a gap in spring, all those yellow flowers of early spring are on the wane now, the second and more colourful part of spring; we do have a mass of the white blossom of the Black Thorn; other blossom and leaf are still to appear.
