Ive loved the idea of paint parties since i heard of them a few years ago. Like LOVE. I love art. Problem is, i never had the 40-50 dollars or more for one. So i watched all my friends go, do them. Never going. Plus i never wanted to go alone so that didnt help. Anyway i found one online for only 10 bucks. Well its two not one. I had to buy my supplies ( 20 dollars later for paint, brushes and canvas) and im going to do my first paint party online!
EEEP.
Anyway at the end shes telling you how you can host your own paint parties online and im thinking. Hey this may be fun!! It would be the same thing. You pay a small amount for the design and the teacher and then buy your supplies. Im now down the rabbit hole of paint parties looking up designs and what i need to get and oh i can paint it on pallets and wood. And oh yes, i REALLY want to dive down this rabbit hole.

Of course im still broke. Even more so because of the housing fiasco ( my mother in law sold the property to her brother and hes only paying 500 a month for it.... so she wont have any money to give us our half. She CLAIMS she will get us 30K ( instead of the 50 she promised when my husband stupidly signed it over 100% to her) But i dont think shes going to. She says her brother is getting a VA loan in about 3 years and will pay us our 30K. After this shit and her. No she wont. But hey he wants to believe in her mother… Well she will be here in 2 weeks. Shes coming down. I really wanted my own house for more then a month. But i get no say. Mamas boys.... never cut the cord. :(

Anyway.... I cant afford to buy all the supplies i want to. But im making this crazy popular ( on facebook) pocket scarf and maybe if i sell a couple from supplies i have on hand, then i can buy some paint stuff lol. Or end tables. You know whatever.

Im feeling ok today. Despite the headache that is mild.

Oh bunny news.
Baby Voodoo went blind. My harli baby boy, hes 9 weeks. One eye is totally blind :( So sad. And then one sister went home earlier this week and another is going home on saturday. 3 to go. Anyone want a angora baby? Ive got 3 more girls. Little voodoo will stay with me. Unless i find a perfect home. He needs a bit more attention. He cant see me coming now, so i have to be noisy to make sure he knows im there so he wont freak out. His other eye is seeing, but he may not stay that way. Either way. Being safe you know…

Ive been torn a lot lately. Remembering my friend who died from cancer a couple years ago. I woke up crying. Halloween was her ( and my ) favorite. And i was thinking how i hoped her husband was pulling out the black halloween tree and her jack skellingtons to keep her traditions alive… I really do hope so. I also had a moment for my grandmother who died 15 years ago. Using her knitting needles, And my friend who passed. I have her knitting needles too. It helps i guess.... I was making this popular scarf and i could see my friend making it. She was always johnny on the spot done with the trendy hand mades. And blankets. I suppose thats part of why i love making the blankets all of a sudden when i hated them before lol.

Oh did i show you my last finished one? its for my husband. Its almost 7 feet on a side.

Oh and for funsies. I realized the back of my hair is entirely grey. The only color i have left is the last of the bleached highlights from when my hair was purple a year ago… The back… Totally grey. I dont want to cut the front off because i like it long enough to pull back. And i dont want another year of a pixie lol. Ive recut the pixie once and shaved the back once more. So yep. Im going chinchilla!
