Oh man.... it's a DOOZY of an update in Site Updates

I briefly screwed up the entry editor fairly royally by not filtering it properly by user... so sorry about that if you're on the site and trying to write an entry. Should be fixed now.

Anyway, this is mostly a cosmetic update. I hope you like the changes. I'm sure I've fouled up a few things, so let me know on this entry if you notice problems that weren't there before.

The only realy functionality changes are:

• When you write an entry, you now select the book in the entry editor. This also gives you the ability to edit an entry and move it to a different book. This isn't meant as a replacement for a future entry manager, but at least you can do something you couldn't before. And the menus are cleaner.

• You can now friend/unfriend someone from the entry page as well as the user's box.

• The header bar is no longer pinned to the top on desktop displays and scrolls away.

• The footer should slide to the bottom of the page if there's no content on the page to push it down

• Dancing monkeys! (just kidding, don't have that yet)

And there are other things I want to clean up; I was just excited to get this out there. Woot!

UPDATE: Reverted background from very light gray to white in an attempt to try to solve the red background mystery that's cropped up for some people.

UPDATE: Red removed! A lovely user helped me find some experimental garbage code I forgot to delete.
