4 months 9 days post op in Pudendal Decompression Surgery

Things to be grateful for
-Was able to see my cousin AC for a few hours.
-Mike Shinoda was back online today.
-Was able to come down a smidge from the horrendous flare I was having earlier in the day.
-Got to see a new streamer who remixed LP songs.
-Went for a walk earlier in the day.
-Had one or two hours i felt pretty decent.

Bad things
-Had a really bad sting stab episode after a BM this morning. It was very intense.
-Had some annoying digestive issues later in the day, can’t seem to shake them entirely for several days.
-The allodynia feelings are sort of back in places.
-Behind the leg pain was intense at moments.
