April Fool in blackpropaganda

I wonder if anyone these days tries to catch people out on the 1st of April. I have tried to think up some wheezes to catch out SW... but she is pretty attuned to the date and just ignores me!!! It is no good feigning a heart attack because that just causes more trouble than it is worth, and as in the story of the boy who cried wolf, she might not believe me when it does happen! In the same way claiming there is a major leak in the kitchen is too close to possible reality. So maybe just a throwaway remark like our camelia (which she prizes) has been blown over in the night and the flowers knocked off will get her going since I was the one who said we should move it, The important thing is to catch her when she is sleepy and not really listening properly - jumps out of bed with anger or fear - and gets fully awake before seeing she has been caught up. Now maybe the heart attack......
