2 months 25 days post op in Pudendal Decompression Surgery

Good things
1) Laid outside in the sun for a few hours with my mom
2) Walked to the mailbox
3) The stinging/stabbing pain didnt linger around AS long after a BM…
4) The bladder and digestive pain still sort of at bay
5) Felt sort of productive.

Bad things
1) The stinging/stabbing pain after a BM seems more intense than pre op stll.
2) I feel like I’m getting tired/winded easier still.
3) Money is still an issue for me.
4) Central sensitization has been kinda weird on the left side of my head.
5) Whenever you feel “good” you wonder when the other shoe will drop.
