Ive been needing to write but havent really had the push to do it. Im exhausted still and it makes me just veg out. No amount of sleep helps this tired. I ate some fresh beef from Angus tonight, but i dont think it was enough to combat the iron levels dropping. I may have to gag down some iron tablets. And hope i can keep them down. I often bring them back up. It dosent sit well.
Ive had to stay off social media for all the crazy going on. I just cant now. The world is such an ugly place, i need to retreat to get away.
I got auto-start installed in my car and my husband had them swap my radio screen for one that has bluetooth and android auto. Now it connects to my phone and gps. Much easier then trying to look at my phone while driving. It also reads me my text messages and makes phone calls. Ok google is awesome lol. And autostart when its in the 80s plus is awesome.
I had a close call with one of my girls. I left to do errands and it was 70. When i came back it was nearly 90. She was the white mama with babies. Her entire face was soaking wet. Its a sign of impending heat stroke. Her ears were on fire ( their thermostats) I iced her, forced some water drops, Then put her in my room in front of my ac. After 20 minutes to half hour. I put her away. She did laps checking on her 5 week old nibblits and then ate. Soshes doing much better. Close call indeed. The wet face thing. I lost one last year to heatstroke.
The husband and I are looking at property again. I found one that has a puddle aka they called it a lake haha. Its a small pond. Anyway thats SO very rare in this area. Its 70K for 80 acres. We only need 5 really. 10 at most. But 5 is a lot! However its SO flat. Entirely flat. 100% FLAT! We would need to plant a lot of trees. We would have to come down on the house, because we only want to loan 200K. Which is not much for a family of 7 in this state… in this area. ITs not as bad as Alaska but close. If it wasnt for my husbands great job, we would move. And while its a great entry level. Its still just starting out. I would love about 40K more a year. Which is why im trying to figure out ways for me to work from home again.
Little miss is very up her papas butt today. Shes been following him everywhere. Talking non stop lol. We are re building the back gate, and she was out there sitting on the old one while he drills into cement to mount the new one lol. Its so funny. Im glad shes finally warming up to my parents.
Ive been plugging away at a second pandemic blanket. Part 5 is out, and i finished part 4 of the first, and partway through part 3 of the second lol. So i may not finish on time. Whatever, No prizes for on time anyway… Just thinking of ways i could possibly sell some of these finished blankets i make. All i want to do is photograph them. and make them and then maybe recoup the yarn cost lol. Im getting expensive…
I shoudld do some spinning. I should do a lot of things. Instead im sitting and watching wheel of fortune. I dont even enjoy this show..... Ok i need to go turn on the garden water and water the flowers and the trees. Poke the kids to their evening chores. And i dont know.... My mind didnt finish a thought i wanted to write here, so its pretty much a moot point anyway.
