2 months 11 days post op in Pudendal Decompression Surgery

Good things
1) Cool storms today
2) Got to walk today, perfect weather.
3) Had my usual good hours today, and now its horrendous.
4) Got some stuff from Amazon today.
5) Did some writing.

Bad things
1) The pain is so bad at night when/ if i have gone to the bathroom at all during the day.
2) Sometimes I cant even think straight when the pain is so high.
3) The balls of my feet hurt. Bladder pain horrendous later in the day.
4) I need brain turn off time during the day.
5) I am getting bad about my weekend schedule since I have some things going on.
