What is allodynia? Allodynia is a clinical feature of many painful conditions, such as peripheral neuropathies, complex regional pain syndrome, postherpetic neuralgia, fibromyalgia, and migraine. It is an inappropriate heightened sensation from NON PAINFUL stimuli.

On the other hand, Hyperalgesia which is another clinical feature of many painful conditions… is an increased sensitivity or response to painful stimuli. When you bumb your shoulder on something its normally supposed to hurt. When a person like me with centralized sensitivity has the same event, this may cause a spike in pain through the roof that lingers a lot longer than would a normal person. This is why everytime I am going to the bathroom, my nerve injury flares up so bad AFTERWARDS… and usually causes a delayed response.

Good things
1) Enjoyed my daily dose of celebrity live streams (one or two words?)
2) Went for a walk today. The weather was perfect. Cloudy, about to rain and in the upper 60s
3) The digestive and bladder pain I have been having gets bad but it passes usually.
4) I have been getting a lot of writing done and listening to more music.
5) Squared away some money stuff.

Bad things
1) I have been WAKING UP with bad pain lately more so.
2) I have yet to notice any overall changes. Old patterns are still present.
3) After going to the bathroom the nerve pain is particularly stingy/ stabby & horrendous.
4) At NIGHT its HORRENDOUS pain.
5) I have yet to see a dime of unemployment. IL needs to get its shit together.
