Good things
1) Had a good kick off to my work week. I am only working 2 hours a day MWF for now.
2) I got outside to walk one lap around the cul-de-sac. (beautiful weather)
3) Made some new lists/ organized a few things.
4) The widespread CSS and burning pain during the day was pretty low.
5) Have my period today which makes for less nerve pain overall.
Bad things
1) This morning I was dealing with some FAINT type feelings upon waking up. I was finding it hard to stand as much as I wanted to so I listened to my body and spent an hour of my work time laying down.
2) The nerve pain is presenting (not as loudly) as like a stingy/ barbed wire fence feeling… More pain in the butt area, and back of leg.
3) Really wanting/ needing to get back into physical therapy.. (soon)
4) Still seems like I’m missing this food thing and I dont have the bandwidth to deal with it.
5) I need to be better about mobility.
