Happy Birthday to my uncle JK! I just wanted to say how lucky I am to have an uncle like you (if you’re reading). You have helped me so much through this nightmare I have been going through in ways I needed the most but couldn’t articulate. We have so many awesome memories through out the years. I miss you a lot and cant wait to see you guys once this nightmare ends.

Good things
1) I went outside to walk today. It was a nice day. In the 60’s and clouds/ a storm rolling in.
2) No bladder pain when waking up.
3) I felt like my right side/ upper body wasn’t as destroyed as usual.
4) The digestive issues aren’t as in my face as normal.
5) I have been better at writing down everything I have been taking.

Bad things
1) The surgical pain was in my face bad this morning.
2) Last night/ overnight was really really bad nerve and surgical pain. I was not able to move at all for several hours.
3) I didn’t really do much in the ways of phone calls/ paperwork and stuff I should be getting done.
4) Everytime I have a really really bad night that I cant get the pain to stop/ reverse I get inside my own head really bad. I wonder what good I am anymore.
5) I got really sad today. I miss my co workers a lot. I was able to talk to CW a little today.

COVID 19 roars on
Virus damage report: 1,011,877 total confirmed in the USA, deaths: 58,351 and total recovered 115,648. About 837,878 of SICK or recovered/ missing data there. SOO about 3 MILLION cases worldwide now. Things are starting to open back up this week. People are getting virus panic fatigued. I guess it could go that way or it could be as more time goes on the paranoia increases. If I werent disabled I would probably be more annoyed with the virus stuff.
