Here is part of it in Fun times

well here is part of the contract I have to type it so won’t get it all exact but hope it gives an ideal I don’t mind some of it I make good grades so that part is easy and only typing part of it cause it is long so and will type it all this week.

HOUSE RULES

Rule #1: Treat family members respectfully. No fighting. This means no
kicking, pushing, shoving, hitting, throwing things,
No verbal (e.g., threatening to hit, kill, hurt) or physical threats or gestures
of harm (e.g., holding up a fist, moving to push, shove) toward family
members. No swearing at or about family members.
Rule #2: Be where you are supposed to be (Be accountable for your
actions). This means at all times you need to be where you are supposed to
be (school, home, park, approved friend’s house ). Do not leave to go to another place without getting permission from your dad or mom. It is your responsibility to reach us. If you cannot reach us, you are to
stay where you are or come home.
Dad will determine if a rule has been broken. Curfew is 8:00pm on weekends

Consequences :
On the first violation, you also lose your Phone for 24 hours
On the second violation, grounded a week
On the third violation, you lose your phone + grounded for one month
Rewards
If you are respectful (rule #1) for three days in a row (no violations), OR if you are where
you are supposed to be (rule # 2) for three days in a row (no violations), you can choose
one of the following approved rewards

1. Have an approved friend spend the night on the weekend, or you can spend the
   night with an approved friend
2. Go fishing with a parent or approved friend on the weekend
   3 Extend your curfew by 1 hour on the weekend
3. go to the skate park and are a movie
   .

School
Rule #1 maintains an 85 are above grade average
Rule#2 All homework will be Started as soon as you arrive home. No phone, internet unless it is for homework until Dad checks your homework
Consequences :
if homework is not started on time phone will be taken for the rest of the day. If your grades fall below 85, you will be grounded from all activities until the next report card

Chores
1. The bed will be made as soon as you get up.
2. The dishes will be done as soon as the meal is overall countertops will be cleaned, floor swept and mopped, the refrigerator will be wiped down inside and out
3. All bathrooms cleaned daily before you have free time
4. Vacuum all rooms Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and all tables wiped down
5. Monday, Wednesday, Friday vacuum sofa, chairs and curtains
6. Other chores as Dad sees necessary
7. Mow the yard every other Saturday

Consequences :
Grounded for one week for every chore not completed

Rewards
One approved friend can spend the night are you may go to a friends house
One movie every other week are the skate park on the weekends
