Gimme The Cassshhhhh in Thirty-Five

If anyone can tell me what the title is from WITHOUT looking it up (but how will i know) i’ll send you a cookie. LOL It’s one of my all time favorite movies.

How are we all doing today? Yesterday was a bit of a bummer, but on my own accord, because I was just ready to have my cash in hand yo! LOL But, we just kind of hung out all day and did a few things here and there.

After my little blow up, things settled down. He cleaned the kitchen, took out two bags of trash and then actually made dinner. He was like “I was planning on making goulash for dinner anyway because in this game (Dwarves) the cook said he was making it and it sounded good.” LOL. So he made that for dinner.

Maaannnn I was like just over it yesterday haha. Luckily aunt flo is gone too hahaha.

Today, got up, piddled around for a while. He cleaned up the living room so I could vacuum it. He cleaned more of the kitchen while I put makeup on and stuff. I went to the mailbox and the check was there. Coincidentally, so was a check from Citi.

They cashed his 401k out (since it’s been over a year since he worked there), so that’s an additional $500 we got. jayzus. I’ve already paid all of my bills, bought a few necessities we needed (still have to go to Sam’s to get a few things, but we went by today and there was a long line outside, and it was 93 out, no thanks).

Our next priority will be the med cards which we will be getting done hopefully in the next couple weeks. I just have to call my old Neurologist, my Rheumy, Podiatrist and my new Neurologist to get records from them. That’s all. LMAO. Have to call the hospital to get Randy’s from his Stroke.

One of our friends is getting us some stuff tomorrow though so we’ll be good for a little bit. the guy we had been buying from got all butthurt one day because we weren’t at the exact spot he wanted us to meet him at and so he stopped responding to Randy. eyeroll. He’s kept us waiting for like 2 hours before. And we were doing HIM a service too by buying from him. So annoying.

But anywho, lol that is it. I think we’re going to be getting another pool also. With a better filter and a cover and all that good stuff, so we can properly maintain it throughout the winter and have it for a few years to come. It was amazing having it, but last spring, we only had a few inches of water in it at one point and there was a massive wind storm. The pool ended up on our roof. So yeah, it got ripped up lol. FML. It was a great pool. Just needed a better filter. And we already found one too, but just gotta get the pool first.
