*Direct from the mouths of many - my story is hardly unique!

*Discovering that what I had mistaken as brokenness is actually recognized as strength, and that I am in a good place.

*Seeing small tendrils of healing working their way through my daughter. She seems to be taking full breaths today - she won't drown, after all!

Beth spent her morning in the outdoor play yard while I worked. When I came home, I was in no mood to be pulled about so I chanced walking her on our property without a leash. We are at a considerable distance from the main road (avg 3 cars per hour between 9 and 3). She stayed near me, and when I said, 'time to pee', she did. When I said, 'inside', she headed straight for the door. I was so proud.

Seeing endocrinologist tomorrow at 11, meaning I am taking the day off from Dianne's tomorrow. I don't expect to be there for more than 1 hour. Praying this endo is one of those that believes in thorough examination for thyroid. Had mine removed 18 months ago and have yet to find the right dosage. I am either very hyper or very hypo. ENT checks only T3 and T4, but not Free Ts. Since I'm shedding like a mountain goat in spring, and myknees, and finger and toe joints are killing me, I'm thinking I need yet another dosage adjustment.

Tomorrow is a brand new day!
