After three days of having the urge to use salt ice I finally gave in I used it at about 6 o'clock tonight and then again at 8 o'clock and I feel so much better.
It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders I can breath again. I feels so much better everything inside is just gone.
The pain brings relief and I'm so happy for it.
