More back, less cancel in Site Updates

Couple of minor changes, I've added a Back to top link in the footer. Also, to make it less convenient to shoot yourself in the foot, I've removed the Cancel button entirely from the edit entry page. There are other ways to navigate away if you change your mind, and one less way to accidentally lose the entry. Cheers.
