Instead of cutting I have moved on to slamming the back of my wrist against a hard surface. The back of my hand and wrist are all kinds of different colors at the moment.

The drinking is the same way out of hand.

This whole covid19 isn’t really an issue for me. I am alone all the time except when I go to the house every 5 -6 days after I take of the horses I go shopping for the stuff I need to last me another 5-6 days. It pisses me off people are stock piling tp and then trying to sell it for triple the price.

Other than a smokers cough I am pretty healthy. And these days when you cough you can clear the Isle at the stores.
