  • Doing sets of pull-ups and push-ups in the morning.
  • Downing massive quantities of water at every opportunity.
  • Peeing.
  • Showering in the morning, or after workies.
  • Eating breakfast.
  • Brushing my teeth once a day.
  • Being on time.
  • Taking a 15 minute nap.
  • Clearing all my distractions and masturbating.
  • Maintaining a clear sink.
  • Not letting the recycling pile grow gigantic.
  • Vacuuming.
  • Openning the windows.
  • Leaving the flat once a day.
  • Finding a recipe and cooking something.
  • Making plans to hang out with people.
  • Reminding friends they're loved.
  • Shutting down Kelly Quark in the evening and doing something else.
  • Going to bed early and relaxing without pressure to immediately fall asleep.
  • Natural sunlight.
  • Getting to the gym, or even just running.
  • Taking selfies.
  • Taking naked selfies, haha.
  • Getting 7 1/2 or more hours of sleep.
