Book Description
I was born with naturally curly/wavy hair. From middle school until 29, I’ve tugged, ironed, and generally just damaged these curls beyond belief and I want to see if there is still a way for me to reclaim my natural curls for healthier hair.
Began a journey on 9/9/18 to discontinue the use of heat, silicones, and sulfates on my hair. Created this book to document it so I can track my progress and see what works for me and what doesn’t.
