Book Description
This is where I’ll post some of my film work and special effects.
In regards to film: I’ve worked on multi-million dollar productions and literally no budget productions. I’m the epitome of the ‘starving artist’ I guess you could say. I’m a firm believer in doing what you are most passionate about in this life, because that’s what you’ll be best at.
When you do what you love, life is enjoyable regardless of how hard you work. I’ve held pretty much every position in the industry (most of us do) but at this point in my life, I’m mostly directing / filming (occasional editing) as well as Photography on the side.
So what is CORPSE NATION?
Corpse Nation is a Florida based company that my brother and I own and operate that specializes in creating custom made corpses, as well as corpsed skulls, bones, and the like.
(In all likelihood, this is where I’ll post entries regarding everyday activities).
So, why do we do it?
Simply put, we love it!
Our goal is to create the most realistic horror props in the country which are both affordable and available for rent and/or purchase by the everyday consumer. To create specialized and unique pieces for anyone that loves horror movies and Halloween as much as we do.
When you display a prop (skull, corpse etc…) created by Corpse Nation, the first reaction you’ll get is: “Is that real?” And that’s why we love doing what we do.
In 2012 CORPSE NATION was an official sponsor of Festival of Souls. A haunted attraction in South Florida. We proudly displayed 7 different pieces inside of the 8,000 sq foot “Demon Mansion” that amassed over 20,000 unique visitors in just 3 weeks.
(We were the exclusive sfx company working with The Undercover Unit in Miami FL for a couple of years. It was an event that allowed you to live out a video game / horror movie fantasy ie: Resident Evil / Saw type scenarios using live actors, weapons and of course special effects.

Our pieces have also been displayed in local storefronts for their Halloween themed showrooms, such as Chappy’s Pool Store in Coral Springs, FL.
As stated previously, Corpse Nation is owned by my brother and myself. Combined, we have over a dozen years of experience in the entertainment industry having worked in Films, TV Shows, Commercials and so forth.
Together, we have found a way to bring the dead back to life, well… sort of.
From writing scripts to applying special effects make-up: from directing and producing commercials, PSA’s and Feature Films; we’ve harnessed our energies in creating a one of kind custom corpse for a Halloween haunted house which received an unprecedented amount of positive attention in 2010!
This led to the brainchild that is now Corpse Nation.
Whether you’re a fireman or policeman needing victims for your next training video, in need of props for your new film, haunted house or if you’re anything like us and simply love Horror & Zombies, then look no further!
Everything created by Corpse Nation are “one of’s“. In other words, each piece is custom made by hand via the meticulous process known as “Corpsing”.
Corpsing, is the adding of flesh to a skeleton or raw bone. There are many ways to go about doing this, and we have our own. Like snowflakes, no two are the same. We take tremendous pride in our work and use no shortcuts during the process. Additionally, our pieces are water resistant (to a point), so they’ll be just fine if they get caught out in a rain shower or two, although a severe storm, a lot of rain/snow etc… can damage each piece, so do take care of them.
Browse photos of our work, check out our video’s, and visit us on the web! Here, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn etc…
And remember, Corpse Nation uses no assembly lines and no machines… everything is hand-made using nothing but our own flesh and bone.
Pics / Video’s etc… will be in entries.
No actual corpses were reanimated during or after the corpsing process…
… that we know of.
