This weekend. in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

These four things I KNOW ARE TRUE:

1) This weekend was pretty good. 2) Gaming was fun 3) Memorial service was ok. 4) I have a Primo biscuit maker cat on my belly.

so here we go...

This weekend was fun. Friday nothing really major happened, I downloaded the original Baulders gate on the Computer and it reeks of late 90s. I'm not feeling it so far. Its not because its a late 90's game. Its more because of it just feels a bit clunky. I dunno.

Saturday was fun. Lots of Long games were played. I think the shortest one I played was a racing up the Louisana Purchase game called Lewis and clark, which is one of the board gaming hotness right now. I need to play it again. Make an early mistake in a five player game and you are screwed for the game. And you can kind of see the winner coming for a few turns away. The other games I played were fun, Robinson Crusoe, Russian Railroads, Caverna: The cave farmers and Troyes were the other games. Fun time. Long games, thinky games though.

Sunday was the memorial for Tiffanys grandfather. The drive down was kind of not fun. The drive to her grandmothers and the church was also not fun. The service was short, a bit preachy (the church dude asked the group if we all have accepted jesus.. and welp.. me and tiffany kind of just went la la la) But I felt so sleepy the entire time and just felt run down. (I need a day to recoup after long gaming, and sunday is usually it, but I didn't get it)

Today was my recovery day. Didn't do much. Just felt blah.I dunno. Who knows. I do not have much else to say. my kitty was being a biscuit maker cat.. anyways.. time for a couple pics:
