We’re just concentrated metaphor,
four A.M. passed out on the floor,
we are just consecrated metaphor.

We’re just constipated metaphor,
waiting for the figurative meteor,
we are just complicated metaphor.

We’re just castigated metaphor,
accumulated in the sea we’re coral,
we are just conflated metaphor.

We’re just segregated metaphor,
stained and staid with if and or,
we are just concentrated metaphor.
