I have a very long Final Fantasy XIV XP bonus waiting. in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

These four things I KNOW ARE TRUE.

1: Convention was a lot of fun.

2: I have a very cuddly and lovey boots cat.

3: I have been extremely coughy lately.

4: THIS WEATHER IS NUTSO

so here we go..

Yeah GASPcon 15 has come and went. I’m sad its gone, mainly because I have nothing to look forward to (Christmas, but nothing gaming related until Origins next year, not including regular game days etc.) But it was really fun. I didn’t buy much (but um.. the one game I bought was.. 140 dollars.. haha) They are these two gems:

Xia comes with painted mini ships which look like this:

And let me tell you what, this Xia game is a lot of fun. As everyone who knows me knows I am not a big fan of the cult show Firefly. There is a Firefly board game out there.. I think that game while okay, there are better space games out there (Merchant of Venus being one of them) but this game.. Xia is what Firefly should of been. A sandbox game where you can be a Pirate, a Trader, an explorer, you can do whatever you want in this game, and it is a bit more simple to play than I thought it would be, but the game is a lot of fun. I’m glad I got it. The game also comes with some neat metal coins (if i didn’t like the game, i could of easily resold it and got my money back, but that was only a 5% chance of happening.)

Anyways.. the convention was fun.. I didn’t win a big game the entire con. But I played a lot of heavier games and it was just a good time. My one friend saw one my hairs hanging in front of me.. he thought it was loose, and welp he pulled it out! hahah. But its all good.

Anyways I got home, Kitties missed me. It was an easy trip to and from.

Today my mom came and we went to Applebees, and thats about it. I’ve been fighting an evil cough the entire weekend. I got some dayquil/nyquil capsules.. And I have been getting mad kitteh love:

Anyways.. I’m gonna eat some food. And while I was watching this, PSN maintenance got done sooner than later. So i’m gonna play FFXIV. I got the awesome top hat (No more horn!)

So i’m gonna poof.
