Crooks and crazies in Hi This is Kat!

I have now lost 10 pounds via ozempic. It has been 6 weeks and my blood glucose is staying around 100 sometimes even as low as 70. I will be happy if I lost 10 more pounds 20 would be amazing! My doctor told me I would probably lose between 20 to 50 pounds! 50 pounds would make me too skinny but 30 would look great!

I struggled to keep my blood sugar 130 to 200 so insulin resistance really does put on belly weight on. that is mainly where my weight is

This is the last weekend for horse races.... I am in hopes to go. We have not went to any races this year… I feel lucky? LOL

The news is popcorn worthy… waiting for trump to haul his fat ass and orange head with his yellow comb over to get booked today.... Yes I will post his mug shot everywhere lol. Probably the only person in the world I can say I hate.... Even Putin does not rate that high.
