I am diabetic… type 2. so all I took was metformin… but over the past 10 years I have noticed a lot of weight gain in my mid section. the doctor said it was because I am insulin resistant??? I was really getting to the point that I thought I looked fat because all my weight was belly fat! Once my a1c numbers started to creep up I asked my doctor if there was a different medicine I could take....

So 3 weeks ago he added ozempic which is not insulin. it is something that makes you produce more insulin and help your metabolism better… he told me weight loss is another benefit and that I could easily lose 20 to 50 pounds! wow!!!! 50 pounds would make me too skinny but I thought any weight loss would be awesome!

Sooooooo every few days I have been getting on the scales to see if I really was losing weight because the first 5 to 10 pounds are hard to tell.... In 3 weeks I have lost 9 pounds and my numbers are fantastic!!!!!!!!! I am amazed!

I know rarely people have horrid side effects but those are usually from people using it for weight loss not diabetes! I had 4 dizzy spells the 2nd day I took it for like 30 seconds each time and one dizzy spell the 3rd day..... absolutely no issues from that point! I can actually see my belly has went down! I can tuck my shirt in and not look pregnant! I am pleased.

pitiful is the price… w/o insurance it is 2000 per month! my insurance made it 50 dollars for 3 months and then my doctor gave me a coupon that makes it 25 dollars for 3 months!!!!!!! So if you think you cannot afford it please google ozempic coupon and it should pull up for you!

I so seldom ever speak up my health or meds I take but this is so important to people’s health not to tell you my results!
